Neil is Technologist in Residence, Generative AI at US Digital Response. At USDR, Neil has built multiple GenAI prototypes with state governments. His work has focused on scaling public servants in their existing workflow patterns (eg no chatbots) for benefits, permit processing, and language access use cases. 

Neil has an extensive background in product management, with over 15 years of experience innovating at Google, Lyft, Twitter, and Silicon Valley startups. 

Most recently, he spent nearly 3 years at Google Assistant, where he led the development of consumer AI products. His role involved managing cross-company initiatives focused on media experiences and voice-driven generative AI products, utilizing Gemini, Google's advanced large language model.
